- CCCarol1 day ago5.0Love this post office and some of the workers are really nice. The parking lot is big and it's a straight shot back & forth to my house. Plus if I'm hungry I got a lot of food places to get lunch, coffee, or even a car wash. I was disappointed the lobby was closed on Sundays, but I can totally understand why in that neighborhood.
- MPMadalina PopescuApr 25, 20261.0Very poor CS. I went to drop off a package and the person on the other side of the desk told me that she can't accept my package because the label is darker. No suggestion nothing else offered. She didn't even try to see if the label is accepted. I went to another USPS on Mohave ave and they accepted my package without problems. So one CS (woman) was lazy to work. Another CS from another location did an excellent job. The manager should be more aware about their employees.
- LPLance PinckneyApr 22, 20261.0In the last 3 weeks I have tries to drop off packages in the Early AM and sign and website both say they are open at 6AM for this service along wi5the self service and PO boxes. First time is was about 605AM ...Closed..waited 10 minutes.. next time at 630AM they were open..and now today at 632AM closed.. this is very poor customer service but it seems to be the norm and it's no wonder people r looking elsewhere to ship packages

- GRGaby R.Jan 22, 20264.0Updating review. So not all bad but definitely a process. I had a package that was declined for delivery and it wasn't the locations fault. More Amazon and the Seller's fault for not knowing USPS has mail package weight restrictions for oversized packages weighing more than 40 lbs. Which I learned over the week after plenty conversations with Amazon that were not exactly knowledgeable in USPS's delivery system. After speaking with multiple USPS representatives one gentleman finally mentioned the weight. So I asked for clarification and the gentleman was able to provide clarity. From here service improved all around. Alleviating my frustrations. I just think if Amazon and it's seller's are to work hand in hand with USPS that they should do their research and reviews of what's provided throughout USPS. I only gave 4 stars only because the first 3 USPS representatives were not able to give me direct answers but the last 3 representatives made a difference.
