In triple-digit Las Vegas heat, this raises serious concerns about workplace safety and basic habitability. It creates an uncomfortable environment for both employees and customers, and the lack of A/C is especially troubling given the climate. Management needs to address this issue immediately and ensure that employees have a safe, functional working environment. Delays of this length are unacceptable, particularly in extreme weather conditions.

You guys are gonna wind up with a lawsuit when someone has a heat stroke in your lobby and that will be much more expensive than fixing your HVAC. I can’t believe how terribly you treat your staff who have to endure this so many hours every day.
