  ⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing customer service. I came to this UPS Store to drop off a return package for Amazon. The package was very heavy, and I clearly explained that to the employee. Despite that, I was still instructed to lift the package and place it on the counter. The situation became even more frustrating when the employee attempted to scan the barcode on my phone. When the scan did not work immediately, instead of calmly assisting me, he spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. First, he blamed the issue on my phone and told me to increase the screen brightness. I did exactly what he asked. Then he said the barcode was too small and told me to make it larger. I was completely willing to cooperate and make whatever adjustments were necessary. The problem was not the barcode or the scanning process — the problem was the employee’s attitude and lack of professionalism. There was absolutely no reason for a routine Amazon return to become such an unpleasant experience. A customer should not be made to feel as though they are the problem simply because an employee is having difficulty scanning a barcode. Basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism should be the minimum expectation when dealing with customers. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of willingness to assist. Rather than making the process easier, the employee’s attitude made an already simple transaction unnecessarily frustrating and uncomfortable. I have used UPS services before, but after this experience, I would seriously reconsider returning to this location. I strongly recommend that management review how employees are interacting with customers and address this issue appropriately. A 1-star rating is based entirely on the customer service experience I received at this location. The way a customer is treated matters just as much as the service being provided.

  Arrived at the store at 10am on a Wednesday and there was 1 customer in front of me. Firstly, that customer was making an Amazon return in Amazon packaging and the man working told her UPS could not take the return in Amazon packaging and forced her to purchase a package from the store. This is not true and the store is already receiving $1 per package returned for Amazon, and it is a deceitful practice to charge an additional amount for packaging when Amazon packaging is 100% ok. Secondly, after the woman left, I was the only customer in store, and asked to notarize and fax a document, to which the clerk said he will only do notary by appointment only. I understand if you are busy, but I was literally the only customer there. I left and went to the UPS store at flamingo and Fort Apache and there were 10 customers there and they did my notary and fax no problem! Also, I noticed I. The Google page for the Tropicana and Hualapai store the pics are f the store are not the correct one; assuming this is another deceitful practice to confuse their customers wanting to leave a negative review. Avoid this store if possible; support nice people like the ones at flamingo and Fort Apache!
