  We’ve been using this UPS Store since 2025 and never had an issue until now. We were told by Ashley that the pickup fee was $10 per package, but when we picked up our 20 packages, Kameron charged us $570. That’s a huge and unexpected difference. Very disappointing experience, especially after being a regular customer.

  I would not recommend this UPS Store based on my recent experience with the store manager, Ashley. Our business used this location approximately seven years ago for registered agent services, but we have not used them for that service in years. Yesterday, Ashley called my business and claimed that we owed the store payment for approximately seven years of registered agent services. She also stated that if we did not pay, she would contact the State of Nevada regarding our LLC. I told her I wanted to do my own due diligence before agreeing to anything. I contacted Nevada SilverFlume directly and spoke with the state. While I was on the phone, I was able to immediately change the registered agent for the LLC to myself. Ashley later called back and told me that I could not serve as my own registered agent. According to the State of Nevada, that is simply not true. An owner can serve as the registered agent for their own Nevada LLC as long as the requirements are met. I also specifically asked the state whether this UPS Store, considering they were no longer providing registered agent services to us, had the ability to simply have our LLC dissolved or revoked because we refused to pay them. I was advised that was not how the process works. What bothered me most was the aggressive manner in which this was handled. Rather than simply contacting us and explaining that their location was still listed as the registered agent and asking us to update it, the conversation immediately became about demanding years of payment and threatening action against our LLC. We were previously regular customers of this location and dropped off packages there frequently. After this experience, we will no longer do business here. I would personally recommend using another UPS Store, including the location near Sahara and Decatur, rather than dealing with this location.

  Everyone there has been wonderful . Ashlee ia absolutely amazing in customer service , she is proffesional , attentive, courteous and always very kind . She is always making herself a ailible to answer questions or help me in any way she can . I owned a business for 20 years and finding people like her is not easy . She is more than just an asset to that company and whatever they are paying her should be doubled .
