- FFFOct 6, 20261.0This has happened to me twice & possible has happened to others. But I have sent packages out & NEVER they have NEVER RECEIVED & shows still waiting & people who work here say they can't help. Tracking DOES NOT MATCH to the company i was sending it to ... thinking they sent it correctly. It's like I never sent it! I truely hope these females are not stealing packages & say they are being sent bcz its been 5 months & still no return. TRACKING # DOES NOT MATCH THE COMPANY THAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT TO BUT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. UPS NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THEIR EMPLOYEES!! IF YOUR PACKAGE DOESN'T REACH ITS DESTINATION & DOESN'T MATCH RECEIVER ... EMPLOYEES ARE DOING SOMETHING SKETCHY!!!! I should have checked it right then bcz all is got in return is the tracking #. Not friendly employees.

I wanted to mail a tube, she said that "they can't mail those they have to be on a box" I asked if I could buy a box for the tube she told me no it will be way too expensive. I told her I didn't mind I had to mail the mailing tubes today. She told me no there was no way they could do that. I ended up going to the UPS store on Rainbow and Charleston and was able to mail my mailing tubes with no issue.
