  I went to Nellis and Sahara and then Nellis and Bonanza and they couldn't help me. I finally came to store 4471 and they were able to help me no problem.

  Well educate employee and wonderful customer service. EDIT, I DID NOT WRITE THIS REVIEW. I DO NOT USE THIS GRAMMAR. THE OWNER USED MY PHONE TO PRINT OFF A GOVERNMENT FORM I NEEDED AND USED THE PHONE FOR QUITE AWHILE AND OUT OF MY SIGHT. AND I JUST SAW THIS REVIEW THAT I DID NOT WRITE. SHAMEFUL, DECEITFUL SERVICE. I WILL NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. NOW I WONDER IF ANYTHING ELSE WAS DONE THAT I'LL FIND OUT ABOUT LATER. I WILL BE CALLING HIM PERSONALLY. A LAWSUIT MAY BE IN ORDER.

  The owner makes up reason to make people pay him money for the Amazon returns. He refused to take a taped closed show box with the original shoes unless he was paid to package it. The return says customer packed for shoes meaning they want a box because it is two shoe - makes sense. So I even tape the box. When I returned with it in another box he said there was not enough tape used and would only take it if I paid him $3 to add tape or I could buy a roll for $7. I used amazon support to let them know this is going on. I left it there so he could do the right thing - amazon would refund me even if he did not scan it. People should not be extorted for time or money in what should be a simple process. I hope Amazon flags this location with UPS at least. No reason to refuse this return. What a jerk to mess up people’s day.

  A warning to anyone who has had something notarized here: I had some very important documents notarized here last week and then I sent them to the Nevada Secretary of State for verification. the NV SOS could NOT verify the signatures, because they said the signature of the Notary didn't match. I thought they were just being picky, so I took my documents back and talked to them about it. The Notary was there, and I started to talk to him, but then a person I believe to be the owner interjected and straightened things out. While the owner was talking, though, the Notary was explaining that he "wasn't sure" which signature he used as his official Notary signature. The owner stated he would call the SOS and have them send him a sample of the official signature so they would know for certain when I returned in 30 minutes. When I did return, the Notary re-notarized my paperwork and the signature he used was COMPLETELY different. This wasn't just the SOS being picky, the two signatures didn't even resemble each other. This calls into question the legitimacy and legality of every single document this notary has signed. If you've ever had a document notarized at this location, I'd see if you can bring in a copy and have them re-check it.
