- PAPat AJun 10, 20261.0The owner makes up reason to make people pay him money for the Amazon returns. He refused to take a taped closed show box with the original shoes unless he was paid to package it. The return says customer packed for shoes meaning they want a box because it is two shoe - makes sense. So I even tape the box. When I returned with it in another box he said there was not enough tape used and would only take it if I paid him $3 to add tape or I could buy a roll for $7. I used amazon support to let them know this is going on. I left it there so he could do the right thing - amazon would refund me even if he did not scan it. People should not be extorted for time or money in what should be a simple process. I hope Amazon flags this location with UPS at least. No reason to refuse this return. What a jerk to mess up peopleās day.
