  I dont like writing bad reviews , this is the only one ive ever left, but my experience here was a costly disaster . I sent a package on June 8th from this store and it was lost , I filed a claim , and and they notified me that they are sending me a measly check they wont cover the damage done to my faith in UPS the UPS store and will not replace the non monetary value of the package and what it meant . When I attempted to try to find my package , I kept getting handed off from one dept to another and ultimately was told my issue was with the UPS store I sent the package from , it now July 1st and my package is still sitting in a Utah warehouse, Ive lost my package , time and money and any desire to ever give money to UPS or its stores again

  Best UPS rep in this store hands down is Guillermo. My returns always go smooth and easy when I do amazon returns. When I ship items myself, he always makes it a smooth process. If you come to this store, ask for Guillermo. Only ups store I bring my business too!

  Outstanding Service . Been with them more than 15yrs. Do not have issues with package thief at my frint door. All secure regardless of weather. Most times as I'm walking in they great me at the counter with my snail mail and packages. As a small businessman the last thing I want is proposed customers knocking my front door all hours. Many times I get a call. "We're trying to 'pop-in' (unanounced) and say hi... see how things are going. But you're not at this address" yes I maintain my privacy. Great Store !
