Of course if it's excessive and lots of tape is needed that's understandable. However, I needed one or two small pieces of tape to secure my already packed UPS package. I won't be returning to this location to mail anything. Is charging two dollars worth losing customers? Hmmm.
- MMMichael McmichaelSep 14, 20261.0ORDERED A PACKAGE 2ND DAY DELIVERY, MY PACKAGE WAS IN MY HOME TOWN ON FRIDAY AND UPS LET IT SIT ALL WEEKEND AND SAID IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY ALL DAY TILL A HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE THE END OF THE DELIVERY DAY AND THAN CHANGED IT TO DELAYED. WHEN I CALLED AND TALKED TO THE LADY ON THE PHONE SHE SAID IT WAS MIS SCANNED AND WILL NOW BE DELIVERED ANOTHER DAY AND COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY UPDATES ON IT. I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND SHE SAID ONE IS NOT AVAILABLE. THIS COMPANIES JOB IS LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY AND CAN NOT EVEN GET THAT RIGHT. I SAT AT HOME ALL DAY AND COULD NOT LEAVE BECAUSE I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE AS IT IS A REALLY EXPENSIVE PRESENT FOR MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY. SO SAD THAT A MULTI BILLION DOLLAR DELIVERY AND LOGISTICS COMPANY CAN NOT DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THE RIGHT THING.
