  I stopped by this location to drop off a Prepaid & Labeled package and the clerk was not able to scan the barcode on the label since it printed very small. I had hand-written the Name/Address info in large black sharpie since the letters in the name/address were small, but the barcode was Clear (& I shipped 5 packages earlier with the USPS w/the same sized labels/barcodes) so I didn't think there would be an issue. The clerk asked if I had the Label/could send the label in an Email & I said Yes & forwarded it to the Store's E-mail. She printed it out and attached/scanned the Label to complete my shipment. I said "Thank You very much for your help" & started to leave & she says "Well I have to Charge you" - and while a little surprised, I figured no big deal = maybe a Label/Print Fee of a dollar or two. I was then charged for receiving/reviewing the E-mail (which She Offered/Asked me to send to) and I was charged for Printing the Label. I'll give the 2 Stars instead of 1 because the Clerk was nice and was helpful - but the 2 'Fees' (that I would have Not paid if I knew ahead of time, as I could have Re-printed the Label later at work) are a bit ridiculous.

  La verdad vine sin muchas expectativas pero me fui muy contenta. Christina me ayudó con todo y se le nota que de verdad quiere ayudar, no como que lo hace por obligación. También me gustó mucho que hablan español ahí porque a veces en otros lados es una lucha comunicarse. Y el lugar estaba bien limpio, eso siempre suma. Voy a volver seguro.

  Ridiculous, waited over 40 minutes to print 40 sheets. 5 customers came and went in that time and he couldn't even fix the machine to print all the sheets I left with only 24 because it was taking so damn long. Never coming back.

  Christina was fantastic. I walked in right before closing and she was busy with multiple customers. She took the time to help each of us and had so much patience. I appreciate her customer service. You don’t find people like her.

  Alpesh is very helpful to change my Amazon return option from whole food to ups store so save my time and money.
