  I use this UPS store location quite frequently. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The wait is never long and they always meet my needs. Today Ally was exceptionally helpful with my returns. Keep up the good work!

  Ashley and Veronica were the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Amazon was giving me so much problems trying to get extra return labels to ship heavy boxes. Ashley was there first and she was so sweet and kind. She tried helping by speaking to the Amazon rep to inform them of the labels after they were giving me the runaround. Veronica came in and was also so sweet and kind and offered to speak with them as well. They both were very patient with me as this situation got figured out.. I have really bad anxiety felt like I was spiraling but they remained understanding and professional going over and beyond. Thank you ladies so much! You both deserve all the kudos and a raise!

  This location would not let my husband pick up a package that was in my name(wife with the same address) even though he had the tracking number, the UPS slip the driver left on my door and a picture of my ID. The other location closer to my house has never given us a problem picking up a package in this situation. A quick pick up turned into an ordeal of driving back and forth unnecessarily. Terrible customer service and inconsistency amongst stores.

  I needed a notary done quickly and the first UPS store I went to required an appointment. I called this UPS store and Ashley answered the phone and let me know that I could just walk in and she’d take care of me, and as soon as I arrived, she did just that, it was quick easy and Ashley was very kind. She was amazing THANK YOU!

  We've been coming to this store for over 2 years. It's very clean and parking is not an issue. We have had the pleasure to have Ashley assist us with our shipping, mailing, copying, and returns. Ashley is very professional, helpful, patient and courteous in all her interactions with customers when they come in. Even when it is busy in the store, she manages to stay calm and on track. She helps each customer to feel like they are the most important at that time. Hats off not only to the UPS store location, but to Ashley as well for exemplifying what customer service is all about. We will keep coming back!
