Ups store at Village Center Circle has the nicest, most polite and professional group of employees. It is such a pleasure to go there.

Gus and the staff were so helpful and treated my package with the utmost care. Gus went above and beyond like a caring neighbor. Thanks again!

I have a mailbox here and I just asked if they could print a black and white label for me and they want to charge me $4.00 for a piece of white paper. I thought they had good service here but clearly they don't. And the mail boxes here are pricey too. Don't expect much from this location.

I needed to scan documents and get a document notarized. The team was very friendly, fast and efficient!! And the cost was minimal. I didn’t need an appointment it was a great experience!

This location is only 1.5 miles from my home, but I purposely travel to the location 4 miles away just to avoid interacting with the rude woman who works here. Longer dark hair, I asked her name and she said “Rob.” So who knows, but I have interacted with her at least six times and I won’t do it again if I can help it. I think she believes that if she smiles, she will cease to exist, and her short, snarky answers to my questions make it clear that customers are an imposition to her. The second the transaction is completed she turns around and steps away as quickly as she can, often going right back to conversation with her coworker, not even bother bothering to turn her head back when I say thank you. Well, thank you anyway, at least the other location makes me feel like my business is welcome. I won’t be bothering you again, promise.
