  This ups store is the closest one to my house, I often ship with them for my small business, that I run. I have to say I don’t often write reviews, but this store deserves it, and more. Roy, Robert, Craig, Brenda, always take such great care of me and my needs, when it comes to shipping and notaries. They always make sure I leave with a smile on my face and relief in my chest with how stressful It can get. They deserve props!!

  I had a great experience at the UPS Store thanks to Brenda. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and really knew what she was doing. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure my package was handled correctly and efficiently. What stood out the most was her professionalism and positive attitude she made the whole process quick and stress free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Brenda definitely does. Because of her excellent service, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend! i also came by the UPS Store around march and Robert was the one who helped me out. He provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. Robert really knew what he was doing and made the whole process smooth and easy. He answered my questions clearly and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied before I left. so definitely come here

  Last week I got to this place and they were closed at 5:55 cause that’s the only time I could come. I came in today and there was an accident so I did get there at 5:59 but it already had been closed the gauge the lights off. I saw that Asian man getting into his car, sir are you guys close last week five minutes early now you’re closing again early and he asked me what time can I go? I got a 559 but there was a car accident and then he shut his car door and left. I could see the other bad reviews. I guess it’s hard to find a good workers these days.
