  I came in to this store not having a clue of how to ship a package over seas to my son and Ari and Kaylee were so helpful and so kind, they helped me so much!!! UPS you have some awesome employees!!!! Thankyou so much!!!

  Came in, store was a bit busy but the lady at the front desk was doing her thing. She was multitasking, answering questions, processing and communicating. I was happy to see. Even heard someone say “that was fast” as they were walking out.

  DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!!!!! Over a month ago (May 9th), I entrusted for my WEDDING RING to be delivered to this store for it to have a safe delivery and pick up. I got a notification that my package was delivered and ready for pick up. I have proof of delivery documents from UPS. When I went to go pick it up, the young man told me they didn't have my package. Me being extremely confused, showed him the proof of delivery, and directions of how to pick up from that store and that it was indeed there, told me it wasn't and to file a claim. Ok so where is it? I reached out to the manager because he wasn't there that day, in which he told me he would look into it. He then in an email told me that the driver that day scanned the package using an employee that was not working that day to show it was "delivered" and what I am assuming took the package. It has been a month and it still not found. There has been no updates other than them "waiting for documents." This is beyond illegal and I have no answers and no wedding ring. They are trying to put it on the sender but the sender is not the one who scanned this package illegally and never delivered it despite having "proof of delivery." I also asked the sender to send whatever documents UPS is asking for and they told me they never got a request for documentation. The sender finished their investigation but UPS still hasnt when this was all THEIR fault. I don't know what kind of scam business this is but it feels like an invasion of privacy and this is ILLEGAL!!!! I've been waiting for them to do the right thing. I have spoken to customer service countless times and no one seems to know what's going on. Please do not trust this store with your packages to be sent or delivered there is something obviously illegal going on and no one seems to care. I guess the next step is to take legal action. DON'T USE THIS LOCATION OR STORE!!!!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! The manager is the worst of them so it makes perfect sense that her team is equally horrible. Unfriendly, unhelpful, bad attitude.. When you choose to work in the customer service industry BE NICE or get out!!!

  Excellent customer service. They are friendly, organized and efficient. Minimal waiting time. Fast and easy to drop off package and receive receipt. Hey have supplies on hand.. This is my go to UPS. Lots of parking. Vons and Target are located here as well for your convenience.
