  I went in your UPS store last week and I had some returns, there was a bit of confusion, but Maria was there, and she helped me through the whole process making it so pleasant. She is such a lovely person and a pleasure to do business with, you have a customer for life.

  Amazing place to return Amazon stuff. Fast quick and even the customer packed items that Amazon requires for some items, I just use the bubble pack from Amazon packages and they tape it up

  So, I have been a customer and box holder of this store for 17+ years. I have seen employees and managers come and go. I cant think of once where any of them were rude or unprofessional to myself or any of the hundreds of customers I have witnessed. The rudeness I have see has been from customers, to the staff. So reading these reviews makes me wonder what attitude THEY walked into the door with. The public has this victim mentality and would rather point blame on everyone else but themselves. I have two UPS locations closer to my home and have continued to remain at this location strictly due to the staff and friendliness I receive at every visit.
