    I had a very disappointing experience at The UPS Store #6393. On Monday morning, I requested a refund because I was charged for a packing service that was never performed I was there at 9:00am, unreal that the employee is not trained properly to be alone and do a refund . I was told I would receive a call around 11:00 a.m. and that my refund would be processed. No one ever called. What disappointed me most was the poor customer service and the lack of respect for my time. This entire process took all day for a refund that should have been handled correctly the first time. As the owner will be at the store at 3:00pm so I when back at 3:00 p.m. because the owner would be there. When I returned, the owner was not there. As soon as the employees saw me walk in, they said, “Oh, that’s right—we have to refund her.” I finally received my refund around 4:00 p.m. The money is not the issue. What disappointed me most was the poor customer service and the lack of respect for my time. This entire process took all day for a refund that should have been handled correctly the first time. The owner of the over the phone said that she will look into the cameras and verified that what I was saying is true.     On June 27, 2026, at 11:23 a.m., I visited Store #6393 to have a package professionally repacked for international shipping. The employee who assisted me, Carlos, who identified himself as a technician, assured me that he knew exactly how to repack the box and told me it had been properly reinforced. I trusted his expertise and paid $25.98 for the service + 2.5 Hours of my value time. When I got home, the box did not feel secure, so I opened it to inspect the work. To my surprise, absolutely nothing had been repacked. The contents were exactly as I had left them. The only thing that had been done was adding a few strips of tape to the outside of the box. No additional packing material, reinforcement, or protection had been added. This is not about the $25.98. It is about honesty and integrity. I was charged for a professional repacking service that was never performed. Carlos knowingly misrepresented the work he had done, and that level of dishonesty is unacceptable for someone representing your company as well Gabriela that works there. I returned to the store on Monday with the same box and requested a refund. I showed Gabriela the box and reminded her that she had seen it when I first brought it in. It was exactly the same box, in the same condition, proving that no repacking had been done. Gabriela called the owner and told her that I was “not satisfied with the repacking.” That was false. My complaint was not about the quality of the work—it was that no work had been done at all. When I confronted Gabriela, she admitted that she had explained the situation differently to the owner. It felt as though she assumed I would not understand the conversation because it was in English. Misrepresenting my complaint and attempting to minimize what actually happened only made the situation worse

    Everyone at this particular store is phenomenal they are so friendly, helpful ,professional especially during the holidays they dont skip a beat and always smile this is the only place i go for all my needs one stop shopping for this girl to the folks at the UPS STORE #6393
