  I 'd like to rate this store with 5 stars based on my experience today. I had the manager Alex C. helping me this afternoon. She answered all of my questions, helped me fill out an online form from ups that I received via email from the manager of the hotel in Carlsbad CA about how to proceed the lost & found item. Alex wasn't rushing me, she was very patient although they had a line & was extremely helpful. I will not hesitate to go back in the future. Thank you so much

  This is technically 2 reviews. The first from a month or two ago that I had posted to google reviews and one from today. 4/2/25: Apparently the manager Alex refused delivery of my package (I have an access point) without informing me that I am not welcome at this location likely due to the review below. Odd since I have picked up a few other packages since then. Tracking and the RFID shows it's at the store so I have no idea where it actually is. Corporate doesn't even know. Logically the manager should have informed me once I picked up this package or at any point prior that I was no longer welcome. I have now rerouted my other incoming packages. No common sense. Previous review: I have all my UPS packages held here for pick up as I work a lot and don't want to worry about porch pirates. I pay for that service. When I get a package that has been opened and is missing the contents, the employees are unhelpful. They'll also lie and say it was inspected, that the package wasn't opened when it was. I'll be opening all my packages in store from now on. Horrible.

  I have to say that out of all the UPS stores this one is by far my favorite. The clerks are always so helpful and friendly. Today I got the best service from a man named BeJay. He went out of his way for me, and I really appreciated it
