  I am not exaggerating when I say this store has a huge attitude problem. They do not have a drop box here so I had to wait over 15 minutes until they were done taping boxes. Then she tried to school me on how I taped the label to the box and said ”the box will break” but when I asked for a clarification she still would not explain in what way it would break and what I should have done instead. I taped it in a very normal way and besides this was a mail order return so the box was professional and the label was too and the tape was all around the label. So tell me UPS what did I do wrong? This was obviously just their way of telling me they were planning to manhandle the package intentionally. I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN if I can avoid it in any way!!!

  The customer service is not welcoming. The associate took the item out of the manufacturer box and told me to throw it away outside. Ummm, what if the item was taped sealed would you have opened it??? When you do a return one of the questions amazon ask is, is it in the original package, not amazon box. I told him no, put the item back in the box and put the box in your clear bag. He gets frustrated and starts yelling. I know the procedure and your doing it wrong. Needless to say I just retired from the ups store in May, these associates need to understand that not everybody comes in NOT knowing what they're talking about, some of us actually know. Do Better young one.

  People always great in there I love the mood and their kindness attitudes always, this will always be my go to ups for my errands.

  Good customer service EVERYTIME I come in. & I forget my box # EVERYTIME (it be like that) but they remind me, and always have a smile. Also even when stacked with customers they don't get flustered. I seen anyways. Take care. 🤙🏻
