  Made an appointment to notarize a document, when arrive the lady on the desk said they don’t even check the appointments and the person allowed to notarize wasn’t there. So rude.

  Please everyone, be very careful when you're paying; manager told this lady every page was $1 and she charged me $1.50 for each. I asked her if she was wrong and she said it was the tax added - on the receipt, no tax and $1.50 per page.   service requested: i needed to send something the fastest over night mail within my budget. I already sent one mail previously through UPS and they still had the info which is nice i dont have to repeat. THey have time slots on what's available based on the location where you are shipping it to. I choose what's great for me. quality: they provided the envelope and the mail slip that's included in the overnight shipping. value: i think it's good to have several options for an item to mailed out to at the closest time within your budget, that stood out to me a lot. I liked that. Heads up: usually no notaries on Sunday at this site.
