  I returned two items to Amazon via this UPS store in late January. Then an early March I received an email from Amazon that one of the items had not been received by them and I would still be charged for it. In the future, even though Whole Foods is farther from my house I will be returning Amazon items there as this store did not process my return correctly.

  Amazing service by the entire staff at this location in particular. Since moving here a while back Ive been using this UPS store for all my business and personal shipping needs. I must say, there are locations much closer to where I reside but always return to use this Store based on the exemplary customer service Ive consistently received by all service staff(Thank you Rikki for providing such excellent service today!) To the whole staff; Thank you for continuing to provide such amazing service and for always and consistently going the extra mile. Ive noticed Excellent Customer service by employees is rare these days and should be acknowledged by both management and of course the loyal customer base they serve!

  I went to drop off an Amazon return. The guy behind the counter printed the labels before informing me that the return had to be boxed up. Oh and I could buy a box from him.
