  Absolutely TERRIBLE! First time they called me after I left and asked me to comeback because they messed up the protection. They had to redo the whole transaction even though I dropped packages off already and left. Then I try them again. They charged me extra this time to ship the packages even though it was the same exact thing and also the same delivery(Next day by noon). Well the next day, the packages werent delivered. They tried saying it was delayed because of "weather".... its going from Nevada to Utah in the middle of July. What weather?! So I called AGAIN, two days after dropping it off for next day delivery, and they said they couldnt give much information. Gave me a number for customer service. Called it. THEY ARE CLOSED! So I called back just for them to tell me, yeah its not going to make it there today. We dont deliver on Sunday. How did you not know that when i called the first time? So I asked why they had me pay extra to have it delivered quicker. I need a refund. Honestly the packages should be delivered and i should get a full refund. There needs to be better efficiency and maybe better training. This is unacceptable that ive had bad experiences 2 out of the 3 times ive ever used this location. "Weather is out of our control cant give refund" weather is out of my control as well. What is in your control is the ability to gove a refund for spmething i did not recieve. I didnt get the service I PAID for. Regardless of who is at fault I didnt get what I paid for and I, the customer, am not at fault.

  I ship from this location regularly. They are always polite, efficient, and very dependable. Appreciate that they are a locally owned business versus corporate owned.

  I guess there is a first time for everything. I have never not until today have I been in a UPS and come across someone rude. The little man who owns this UPS (Ron) acts like an ADHD 10 year old who happens to be a know-it-all smart-aleck! Not only is he rude when he makes a mistake to customers. He treats the staff terribly as well. While I was in there he left right in the middle of doing my order to help someone who came in after me. Umm excuse me! Do one thing correctly at a time. He certainly can not multitask. There are too many other UPS in the area to go back to this one again!
