- DRDeb Radcliff5 days ago1.0Not at all happy with the customer service and response to a damaged package that was shipped from this store and got returned back to this store and had to reship expedited. Total shipping now costed over $150 for one small box (insured both ways) and was delayed by 2 weeks. I have sent emails and called the store directly with no response back. Pls do not respond to this review with a “call us or email us”. I already have 2x and no response back. If you would pls PM me directly to resolve I’ll be more than happy to update my review. This is not what I expect from UPS / UPS Store.
