  Una buena sucursal, con servicio rápido y de calidad pero hay algunos trabajadores que necesitan trabajar en sus “Costumer Service Skills”, por ejemplo, les haces una pregunta, te miran y te responden con una mala gana como si el individuo supiera todas las indicaciones de nacimiento. Una lástima para una buena tienda.

  Took a time sensitive document to be notarized. The supposed notary, Anaily Guerra, asked her co-worker throughout the process about correct procedures. This made me anxious, but I figured between the two of them, they could get it done correctly. I was wrong.. when I took it to have it recorded, County Recorder said that my name was not transcribed correctly. They had one job.. spell the name correctly. I had to redo the affidavit, and the forms are not free! I should receive a refund for what I spent to obtain the forms again, as well as the notary fee. And they should notarize it properly , and for free,after giving me a refund for the notary fee and reimbursing my expense in having to repurchase the affidavit forms, and the inconvenience of a wasted day owing to their sloppy and subpar work ethic. Won’t give me a refund, so I have to go back to have it notarized again. Please hire competent employees. Incredibly inconvenient. I won’t be utilizing your “notary” services again

  $5 to print a single page is kind of egregious, not exaggerating cost me like 4.60 to print a label on regular paper...

  I have a wall hanging that is 46 in Long, 17 in high and about 2 in deep that I want to take from Las Vegas to Anchorage, Alaska, so I took it to this UPS store where they told me they could box it up by putting two cartons together, which I okayed. I tried to give them the delivery address at that point but they ignored me. I wish I could include a photo of the Carton they put together as it is an abomination. To to add insult to injury, when I went to pay they said it'd be over $400. So I said forget it. I'll make my own carton and put it on the plane as checked baggage. And they charged me $80 for the abomination. My advice is to get an estimate from them before you have them do any packing. I will say the employees there have always been courteous and helpful otherwise, hence the two-star rating.
