  I'm leaving this review here since this is who I called and the person that I spoke to knee exactly what package I was talking about. I had scheduled a pickup which is time restricted. I'm a hemiplegic with the use of only one hand. I was unable to remove the original shipping label. But tore it off to where they can see the return shipping label. Someone went and tore it off all the way like how it should have been but taped it back on and dropped it back off. I suffered a stroke. All this unnecessary bs that I'm going through including stress which I'm already dealing with a lot of stress and having throbbing sensations in my head which could indicate that I have another AVM that could be forming and getting ready to give my another stroke. Especially after being told that I had to do more unnecessary work with getting another shipping label so calling the company and possibly having to take another test. UPS is highly not recommended. And I will try to avoid them now when I preferred them over other delivery services when I had a home business and shipped things all the time. No thank you UPS and not this location either. Because customer service sucked. Which I'm sure they don't care since they're still going to have deliveries by others.
