One star only because the staff there seemed very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, I was quoted over $100 to send an envelope to California. I went to another mailing place and was charged $12.00.

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any UPS store in Las Vegas. I have a small business and I only come here when I really have to because the people at the front desk suck, all of them. Some are slightly better than the others but for the most part they are all really rude. I wish there was another UPS closer to my house and I would gladly go there because despite all of the years I’ve been coming here they are still super rude every single time.

The customer service at this UPS store is extremely disappointing. The staff treats customers as if they are doing them a favor, rather than providing a paid service. Their attitude is unprofessional and unwelcoming, making the whole experience frustrating. I would not recommend this location if you expect respectful and courteous service.

I ship with ups almost daily and have never had any issues. I just happed to go to this location instead of my normal spot on Washington and had an awful experience. Sharol was rude the moment I walked in and proceeded to be incredibly nasty throughout the entire experience. If the owner would care to give me a call and we can discuss the level of unprofessionalism she displayed I would be happy to. I would not want someone like her representing my company/ franchise.

I believe the employee lied to me. I visited on 4/10/26 at 2:45PM. There was a black woman working. She was the only one at the desk. I dropped off my packages and said “I’m dropping these off here, I don’t need a receipt.” She said nothing to me. After a long time of silence I asked if she had heard me and she started escalating the situation with attitude. She said “what are you dropping them off for?” I said “For service by your company, UPS, to ship them.” She said “are you shipping them or delivering them?” I honestly didn’t know what she was talking about and she had a lot of attitude. I said “this has a label and goes to my customer.” She said nothing. I said “do you have it from here?” She rolled her eyes and said “I guess.” There was no need for flippant responses. I then asked for her name. She wouldn’t tell me without me telling her my name. Not professional. She told me her name was Sky. This is where I think she lied. After the bad experience I said I changed my mind I’d like to get a receipt. She then took off her name tag and came over to the counter. I don’t believe her name is Sky. Why would a rep refuse to give their name, and then take off their name tag before coming over where I could read it? Customers shouldn’t deal with bad attitude and service from employees. It would be very easy for the manager to check if there’s anyone named Sky. It would also be easy to check the camera footage and see if she took off her name tag before coming to the counter. Others have left google reviews commenting on a person with a different name causing the same problems. If she’s a liar then she should be fired immediately.
