  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service from Kenya at The UPS Store #3246 Kenya provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked into The UPS Store #3246, she greeted me with a genuine smile, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help. She was friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly efficient. Even though the store was busy, she made me feel like I was her only customer. She explained everything clearly, handled my package quickly, and made the entire drop-off process simple and stress-free. What really stood out was her kindness and attention to detail. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and genuine care for customers. Employees like Kenya are the reason people choose to return to a local UPS Store instead of other shipping options. Kenya is a tremendous asset to The UPS Store, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Please pass along my sincere appreciation to her and the management team. Outstanding service like this deserves to be celebrated. Thank you, Kenya, for making what could have been an ordinary errand into an exceptional customer experience! 🌟

  I visited the UPS location on 7500 W Lake Mead to get a document notarized. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an employee named Chase, who was polite and had me complete the standard signature process. After that, there was no further progress. I waited for some time while noticing normal operations continuing at the counter. I eventually asked whether the notary was available, and was informed that they were on lunch. I then asked how much longer the wait would be and was told “a couple minutes.” I requested more specific timing, and the employee checked again but returned with the same estimate. After waiting a few additional minutes without further updates, I decided to leave and go elsewhere. The main issue in my experience was the lack of clear communication upfront. If I had been informed initially that the notary was on lunch, I would have gone to a different location rather than waiting. While the staff member I interacted with was polite, better transparency about wait times would have significantly improved the experience.

  Save yourself the time and go somewhere else Customer service is dry…they look at you like you’re supposed to be doing THEIR job! Don’t let me get on the pricing!!!! You’re better off at the post office or FedEx.

  Dear UPS Store - Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally report an incident of discriminatory behavior that I experienced today, May 27, 2026, at UPS Store ID 3246. While I was waiting in line, the General Manager, Cheryl, appeared to intentionally bypass me to offer assistance to several Black customers who were behind me in the queue. When I pointed out that I was next in line, she reluctantly assisted me but claimed my packages were not in the proper order for processing, despite this being the standard way I have prepared shipments in the past. While saying this, she turned her attention to the Black Customers behind me. Throughout our interaction, she remained dismissive and focused her attention on the Black Customers. Furthermore, when I asked Cheryl for a business card containing the store’s information, Cheryl claimed they had none. However, once the other associate finished with her phone customer, she immediately provided me with a business card upon request. I asked her for the General Manager, and she replied that Cheryl was the General Manager. As I was leaving, Cheryl made several comments acknowledging my frustration while stating, I didn't say I couldn't help you (yet her mouth and body language already adequately and totally stated that. Cheryl did NOT want to serve the customer currently in front of her, me, but gladly served the Black Customers that came in after me. I found this experience to be unprofessional and racially biased. I do not expect to be treated differently based on my race, and I am disappointed that such behavior was exhibited by a General Manager representing UPS. I am speaking out because I believe all customers should be treated with equal respect and fairness. I look forward to hearing how this matter will be addressed.
