- MMMia MSep 15, 20261.0Horrible experience with shipper. The package was in the city it needed to be in (UT) then it was reported damaged, sent back to me (NV), I went to go pick it up. Nothing was leaking or damaged. Nothing at all from the outside that can show any signs of spillage or anything broken. So when I come in I ask them why what's up and then ask me if I want to resend? What the same package? But that I would have to pay!? Wow what a scam! No I have hate voice messages from my customer. AND I had to insist for a claim. Need less to say, we will use some one else for our shipping needs.

- RWRegina WilliamsJul 18, 20261.0So I asked the gentleman if I can use their tape so I can tape up my package he asked me what kind of package is it I needed to take a bag and a box and asks me again what's the tape for he acted like you didn't want to give me the tape and then you said it's a dollar to use the tape why are you asking me what's in my package what am I taking and then you want to charge me a dollar that's crazy so I decided to just go to the Post Office thank you ups for nothing and you guys suck seriously what difference does it make what I need my tape for or rather your tape for what difference does it make can I use it or not never going back to that store again and you guys are literally right around the corner from me like two blocks so I'd rather drive to the post office and they have to deal with you and your funky attitude question me like you're the FBI
