I will go out of my way to go to this location! Thank you sooo much for always helping this mom, who’s just missing her big kids!!

That supposedly Christine, manager of that UPS is the worst business woman and the most rude person that I ever encountered. She refused to give my husband package when we did show our tracking number. Because I'm a disabled person walking with a cane I couldn't be there but I came an hour later anyway with my ID . She still refused to give me the package who was still in the store. She said she returned the package. This is not UPS policy and certainly not how to run business. It seems that she was discriminating us for no reason. Word of advice, I will get my business somewhere else.
