- RGRowland GraffSep 29, 20262.0I needed something delivered the next morning. After paying a small fortune, it was supposed to be guaranteed delivered the next morning. The package was not scanned into the system for over 3½ hours from when the UPS store created the label before noon And UPS said that it could not be delivered on time because UPS didn't receive the package until after the cut off time. That was posted 11 hours after UPS store received the package. I will not use UPS anymore because they always have issues oradd a charge weeks later stating the you package was the wrong size so the are going to charge you more than original shipping cost for an alleged ¼ difference.

Goes ahead and prints the first 2 pages and charges $3.79 without visible pricing anywhere. Aggregious pricing and horrible front end support from the reps here. Will be taking business elsewhere.
