- NMNick MonacelliSep 19, 20263.0Only thing they deliver is disappointment. Missed scheduled delivery date and can't figure out where the package is, won't provide direct info to the carrier they have contracted with, but also unable to get in contact with them for any updates. Odd business model if the one thing you are supposed to do is to provide loading service between end user and the contractor, but don't have information to link them together. EDIT: 9/22 - 5 days post scheduled delivery and RXO can't find the package. Mind you, it's a king size mattress. It has apparently been escalated to conduct a 'dock search' by the shipper, but RXO is providing no information in their system to the shipper, and no information to the end customer. It appears that they aren't actually a shipping company, but a magic company that makes things disappear. EDIT 9/24: On the seventh day, the king sized mattress was found and delivered, then we rested. If not for the efforts of Joanna and the social media team seeing this review, it's unclear if anything would have been done. The delivery itself went smoothly - just realize YMMV with updates and information when things don't go as promised.
