  Excellent from start to end. From scheduling to delivery, RXO gets top marks! We loved the tracking and communication from the delivery team and their careful and professional handling of our furniture. This is the second delivery we’ve had from RXO and we were just as happy as with our first- they literally could not do any better.

  I'll start with the bottom line if someone only wants to quickly read the takeaways: I wish I could give this company zero stars rating and I recommend NOT to use them unless you want serious issues like missed delivery and botched installation. Now, the long story. I didn't pick this company, they were bundled with the purchase of a Frigidaire dishwasher I bought from Frigidaire's website. RXO Logistics, however, is basically a 3rd party who uses local contractors for delivery and installation. The delivery was scheduled and I received a call on the day I picked telling me the truck is on the way and should be at my house shortly. However, nobody came to my house and I was home all day and have cameras which showed no truck near my house. When I went on the RXO's website to check, it said that the item was "undeliverable due to no one being home," which was clearly a lie. A call and email to the company's headquarters, and the delivery was rescheduled. This time, the truck did show up but the crew was unable to install the dishwasher (I had no problem whatsoever with the installation of the previous dishwasher back in 2013) and in the process they messed up the connections, which created a leak. A call from a supervisor followed and she told me my installation will be rescheduled for the next day and with a new crew. A new crew came in the next day but they were also unable/unwilling to install the dishwasher and confirmed that there was a leak under the sink, which was created by the first crew's incompetence. A call from a different supervisor followed and he told me I should call a plumber to fix the issues and finish the installation and then send him an invoice for reimbursement. I quickly called a plumbing company, and a plumber showed up in a couple of hours and fixed everything and installed the dishwasher in about 40 minutes. He confirmed that the first crew did not cap the ends after disconnecting the hoses under the sink, which created the leak. I was eventually able to get the reimbursement for the plumber's service after multiple calls and emails to that second RXO supervisor, Stan D., who wouldn't give me any specific information on when and how I would be reimbursed but made sure to finish every communication with "Aloha," like it was a magic word. Throughout this process, no one from RXO (and I communicated with at least four different people) ever apologized to me for the missed delivery and botched installation of my dishwasher. I don't know how a company like RXO can stay in business but I surely won't be using them again and I let Frigidaire know that as long as they use it as their delivery/installation partner, I won't be buying their appliances.

  The furniture delivery to our cabin went so smoothly today!! The delivery men were polite, professional, and very efficient with their service. I wish all delivery companies were as wonderful as RXO!!👍🏼👍🏼

  We were extremely satisfied with the communication , delivery and setup of our new refrigerator. The team arrived early and were polite & patient. We needed time to put the dogs away, remove a couple things .They were respectful of our property and exercisd care and safety setting up & removing the old fridge from the area that is under construction. I wish I had known things would go this great, so then i wouldn't have worried. It was worth the fee for removal.and install. I'm grateful they had the torso lift belt to lift, remove three refrigerators in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again.
