Robert and Kiara are always great to see! They’re always both helpful and accommodating to my needs. I come here at least once a week if not everyday to drop packages off. Definitely recommend if you need postal services done!

I came into this post office to ship a package to Chicago, and everything was fine initially. Unfortunately, my experience changed because of an older male employee who made inappropriate and completely unprofessional comments toward me. After I made it clear that I was not interested in his comments or attention, he continued by telling me that I shouldn’t be wearing workout leggings if I didn’t want to receive that kind of attention. That comment was completely inappropriate and unacceptable, especially coming from someone representing a professional workplace. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or judged because of what they are wearing. I came in simply to mail a package and expected basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope management addresses this behavior because customers should feel safe and respected when using this location.

Horrible older gentleman with glasses and grayish beard. Worst customer service. Came in to ship few items stated should’ve just went to UPS or USPS. Spoke down onto me and used in appropriate language. I was shocked to see this. Also telling the lovely lady she should go back to her country. I am very shocked to see how Post net would allow a gentleman like this to run their operations. Truly sick.
