Will score 3 neutral and update dependent on my experience after my next visit. Hope the tardiness last Saturday morning was a miss and everything is ok.

I've used postnet all across the country for PO Box, they have always been courteous and put a note in your box a month prior to it coming up for renewal, plus they call you to remind you. NOT this location, they never informed me, tried calling them they don't return calls. Not professional at all, I will NOT ever be using this location for future business.

Saturdays hours on the website and their voice mail states 9am-3pm, but the hours posted on the door say 9am-2pm. I brought this to the store mangers attention 2 years ago and he hasn't done a thing. Today I showed up to find a notice saying "we will be closed the next 2 saturdays", of course I didn't find this out until I arrived...and I walk! Do not do business here, the customer is clearly their last priority.
