  On Saturday, July 25th right before closing, I came in to pick up a cell phone that had been sent to me from Cricket wireless via my husband. On Thursday, I had lost my cell phone and had my husband had a new one sent to me. However, Cricket accidentally put my husband's name on the package instead of my name... and although my husband had called and explained that to The Venetian (and a super helpful woman named Iris) it was still not easy to pick up the package without a cell phone. And, because I had been without my cell phone in Las Vegas for over 48 hours, you can imagine how frazzled I was. So, after a long 117° day at the Grand Canyon (to which I went without my cell phone which also means my camera and that is a whole nother story..), I kind of bit the head off of the poor employee that was just following the rules and who would not give me my cell phone unless I was able to provide the tracking number. Thankfully, I had my laptop with me because I had anticipated this problem. I only had brought my laptop with me on this trip because I was here there for a conference and I thought I might have needed it. And although I never needed my laptop at the conference, I could not have been more thankful that I actually brought it because it was my lifeline when there was no cell phone. Anyway, I had to Facebook message my husband and get the tracking number from him. Thank God he answered! The young man who was helping me was literally just following the rules and I was overly emotional due to the situation and I just want to openly publicly apologize.

  Worst FEDEX experience in my life, the manager was absolutely incapable of any level of customer service, the attendant behind the desk was more competent. After sending the package with my Fedex account, she demanded that I pay a 10$ extortion fee to pick up my Fedex package from a Fedex center, that I sent on my Fedex account. The straw that broke the camels back, UPS here I come, and I ship 20-30 packages a day. My rep was not available to help. Worst manager I have ever worked with.

  Went to print tickets for a show and was having issues with the computer. Noah (the employee) was of no help and basically handed us their email address and vanished. He was worthless but oh so happy we had to keep adding money while trying to get our tickets to print. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be overcharged and avoided.

  I dropped off a large package at this location and was told that we needed to send this by freight and that we had to figure that out ourselves online but could leave the package there and once the label was created they would handle it from there. We did so and then the next day someone called me to pay an additional $250 handling fee which we weren't made aware of, I said I needed to verify some of this information and tried calling back several times and was unable to reach anyone. The next day I called and was told the charge was $80, I gave my credit card. The next day I found my card was not charged and I hadn't received a receipt that I requested. I called again and was told I had to email them. They informed me that I hadn't filled out required paperwork specific to (which they didn't provide until this moment) and that my credit card information was shredded and not processed, they also said the charge was $250. I am very dissatisfied and would recommend you use any other courier than Fed Ex.
