- JJJoshMay 5, 20261.0Your package and products will not be handled with care at this business or with FedEx in general. I suggest you find a UPS store. The FedEx Employee stated my products would be individually bubble wrapped and cushion packed. I paid for the insurance. My items arrived damaged. The employee used a 20x20x20 box when the said they would use a 24x24x24 box. Despite the claim each item would be bubble wrapped the employee gave up half way through and crammed my items in the box crushing them. FedEx insurance is denying the claim. Stay away from this business!

- BRBrian RenoApr 24, 20241.0No option to add more money except to completely reboot and start over. In addition to that, you’re not just billed as you use it. You have to buy blocks of money to use it, so you can have left over money, left over somewhere. The icing on the cake is that for the remaining 45 seconds before your time runs out and you are to start all over, the payment console beeps very loud every second. Easily resolved with a simple software update. Reboot takes too long too.

I felt bad because their printer broke, so they had to fix it while serving customers, and the items I needed to ship were oddly-shaped, so they had to Frankenstein a box together. But they did great! This location is extremely convenient for those of us working events in the ballrooms across the hall.
