  Per a telephone call to a DHL office, we had been told that DHL had attempted twice to deliver our package to our home. After going back looking on our security camera, there had been no attempts to deliver the package. We decided to go to a DHL location for assistance. Denzel, the DHL employee, provided us with the address to pick up the package. He was very professional and helpful with assisting us with this matter. He tracked the DHL location of where the package had been returned. Zachery, the employee at the DHL pickup location, was extremely pleasant. He was kind as well as helpful. With employees like these two young men, let's me know there are still good people in this world who go over and beyond to assist customers. Unfortunately for the delivery person, I can't say the same. No attempts were made to deliver the box to our home. Our camera, as well as our neighbors, had no video of anyone attempting to make a delivery.

  I had an amazing experience with DHL, all thanks to Zachery! He helped me ship my belongings back to Thailand and made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy.   I came in around 4pm and there was no line and the parking was great. Then as soon as I entered I was immediately helped by Zachery and he truly helped me ship very important documents overseas and reassured me about the shipping processes. I am truly greatful to have been helped by such an amazing employee. I will be returning
