  We use them for making sure our yard stays safe and they are on it. They even send their own ppl to test their overnight surveillance techs are awake and paying attention.

  I have to admit that so far Regina Dorado and Alpha have been by far the best supported surveillance company we have been using. Regina has also been proactive with checking in to make sure we don't have any issues that need to be addressed. Due to different circumstances my company has been able to use four different companies that live monitor cameras. The response time and support when there have been technical issues...so far have been superior to our other vendors. We also have had ZREO break-ins and/or associated vehicles smashing thorough storefronts since the installation of Alpha Surveillance. I cannot say that about all the other sites we have. Rest assured that Regina is keeping track of your site and your needs.

  I highly recommend Alpha Video Surveillance. I currently use Alpha at eight commercial properties, and I have been extremely pleased with both their technology and their service. Their 4K camera systems allow me to view my properties 24/7, which is invaluable as a property manager. Even more important is Alpha's Command Center, which actively monitors our properties during designated hours and can provide live talk-down communication to trespassers, unauthorized individuals and others when necessary. One of my properties is monitored 24/7 because of its location. Their software is extremely user-friendly, and I receive detailed daily security reports for each property. When an incident occurs, the Command Center is very responsive in locating and providing video footage, including footage that can be turned over to law enforcement when needed. Communication from both Alpha's staff and the Command Center has consistently been excellent. Another significant advantage is their established working relationship with our local metropolitan police departments. From a property-management standpoint, Alpha has provided us with a very effective security solution while also offering significant cost savings compared with traditional on-site security guards or random mobile patrol services. I am a huge fan of Alpha Video Surveillance and would highly recommend them to commercial property owners and property managers looking for a proactive, technologically advanced and cost-effective security solution.

  I live at an apartment that has Alpha video surveillance, I called in because my car was damaged, I spoke with Chris who was extremely professional and guided me to how to get the footage for my insurance. Nice company, glad we have them.
