- DUDeonna UihleinMay 5, 20262.0My visit to horizon ridge USPS was very up setting.Tried to send out 15 or so Certified letters and an employee at the Counter told me I was in the wrong USPS. when I lived within 3 miles. He refused to help me. Gave me all kinds of excuses of why he couldnt serve me. Lil man with the fast waving hand to call up customer, you are paid to do customer service, no matter what it is. I should have asked for a supervisor. But instead I just went to a different office.
