Even though there was a wait, the gentleman working at the front desk was so amazing, professional, and efficient that the lines moved quickly. Watching his exceptional customer service created a very welcoming and calming environment. I didn’t mind waiting at all because of how well the customers were treated. This location truly sets the standard for excellent service!
- DEDonnie EspositoMay 26, 20262.0Lines are out of control and they do nothing to help to situation for whatever reason this place must be the capital of passports in the state and always takes away one postal worker to ring people up. Line out the door and no one ever comes from the back to assist, had literally one person with 25 people in line. There has got to be someone in back to come assist when needed. Never experienced something like this at any other location. UPS might be a better option pay more but don’t lose 30 minutes waiting
