- XBxenia beaver6 days ago5.0I needed to drop off a pre-paid package and also ship a flat rate box. Rohnea was absolutely amazing!! She took my package that was ready to go while I packed up a plate rate box. When I told her I would come back because I needed more cushion protection in my flate rate box she said she had some. I asked how much it cost and she said free. She had brought it from home 🥹 She was very kind not just to me, to everyone that came in 💯 I usually go to 2 other post offices, however this one was on the way to do school pick up... Rohnea gave an awesome customer experience, and I may just start using the GV and Sunset post office for all my postal needs. YOUR SERVICE WAS GREAT ROHNEA, YOU ARE APPRECIATED 🙏🏽🙏🏽

All mailing equipment is well stocked right at the entry way and the packing area is frequently busy. The highlight though is the staff: always friendly, helpful for most efficient ways to ship, and recognized regulars. It's well worth the extra drive to come to this location!

- MAMina AbayaJul 16, 20261.0As soon as we entered the post office and saw Joy at the counter, she frowned when she noticed that we had 29 envelopes to mail. She did not greet us or welcome us in a friendly manner. Throughout the transaction, she appeared unhappy and annoyed to assist us. Her facial expressions and attitude made it seem as though she did not want to do her job or help customers. During the transaction, the printing machine repeatedly jammed. Instead of remaining professional, Joy continued to express frustration, making the experience uncomfortable for us.
