- TPTB PMay 16, 20261.0Went in on Saturday, 5/16 and the person there named “joy” was anything but pleasant. It was not only rude, but snatched my letter out of my hand and was extremely disagreeable. It did not explain anything at all, the tracking information or like it even wanted to be a part of the interaction at all. It’s unfortunate that some people work customer service and dislike their jobs so much.
