I’m very disappointed with my experience at USPS. I dropped off my package twice, and they lost it. When I asked for help, no one could tell me where it was. Instead, I was given several phone numbers to call and kept getting passed around without any real assistance. My package contained an expensive item, and I wasn’t offered a refund or any meaningful solution. The customer service was frustrating and unhelpful. I expected much better handling of my shipment and support when it went missing.

I have been running my business for years and have shipped thousands of packages through USPS, UPS, and other carriers. I have trusted USPS with my business for a long time, but since moving to this area, my experience with this location has been the worst I have ever had. I have had multiple packages lost after being dropped off or picked up from this location. Every lost package costs me money, damages my reputation, and forces me to deal with angry customers, refunds, and replacements. This is not just an inconvenience—it directly hurts my business. On top of that, employees frequently refuse to scan my packages when they pick them up. As a business owner, that means I have no immediate proof that USPS accepted my shipments, leaving me completely exposed if a package goes missing. To make matters even worse, I have paid for Pickup on Demand service, selecting a specific pickup date and time, only for USPS to fail to show up within the scheduled pickup window. Charging customers for a premium service and then failing to provide that service is completely unacceptable. I work extremely hard to build my business, and companies like USPS are supposed to help businesses grow—not create more problems. Businesses like mine help keep USPS operating by shipping packages every single day. The least we should expect is reliable service, accountability, and employees who take pride in their work. This location has consistently failed to meet even basic expectations. Packages are lost, pickups are missed, shipments are not scanned, and customer service has been incredibly disappointing. If these issues are not addressed immediately, I will move my business to another shipping carrier. I can no longer trust this USPS location with my customers' orders, and I would strongly warn other business owners to think twice before using this facility until these serious problems are resolved.

The team at this United States Postal Service location made what could have been a routine errand into a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, patience, and a willingness to help. The employees took the time to answer my questions, explain my mailing options, and made sure everything was handled correctly. Even though the office was busy, the line moved efficiently, and the staff remained friendly and courteous with every customer. The facility was clean, organized, and well maintained, making the entire visit quick and stress-free. I also appreciated how knowledgeable the employees were. Whether you're mailing a package, shipping something important, or purchasing postal supplies, they work hard to make sure everything is done accurately and on time. Excellent customer service is something people remember, and this USPS location definitely delivered. I left feeling confident that my mail was in good hands, and I'll gladly continue using this location for all of my mailing and shipping needs.

Absolutely worthless agency and worthless process + leadership throughout. You would think after 64 days of living at a new address, leaving three "new resident" notifications, submitting three "contact us" notifications, calling the post office 12 times and visiting once, they could figure it out. No dice. If the post office can't figure out how deliver mail, why does this government agency even exist?
