- JJJared1 day ago1.0Avoid this post office if you can. Mostly angry unhelpful staff. Every person behind the counter looks and talks like they are absolutely miserable. Couple that with USPS outdated policies, just go to ups.

To the lady who yells out “I can take you if you have mail to pick up or a package and blah blah blah” is the most rude moody person I have ever come across in customer service. I think you need to retrain her miserable self. These workers tend to forget that without us they don’t have a high paying job. Don’t speak to people like they are below you and treat them like children when we are all grown adults. & on top of that she likes to yell at us in front of 20 plus people who are also waiting in line. I will never be coming back here. & according to the other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue and there’s no repercussions for the employees mentioned. Hope you all have the day you deserve.

One employee in particular summons customers from the queue by barking "Next customer" with all the warmth and enthusiasm of a prison warden conducting roll call. It creates the distinct impression that customers are not being assisted so much as processed. The atmosphere is consistently hostile, indifferent, and remarkably free of basic courtesy. What should be a routine errand instead feels like an exercise in endurance. The self-service kiosk, perhaps the store's most valuable feature, is frequently out of order. This is unfortunate, as it represents the only reliable method of avoiding interaction with the staff. Given the alternative, it is not difficult to understand why the machine sees so much use. At this point, the kiosk appears to be overworked, the employees appear to be exhausted, and the customers appear to be regretting their decision to enter the building. A thoroughly unpleasant experience from start to finish. The mail was delivered. The illusion of customer service was not.
