This was one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve had in 9 years living in the U.S. I recently moved to a newly built townhome in Cadence about a month ago, and my mail has been missing, including checks and credit cards. I submitted inquiries through the USPS website, but nothing was resolved. I also received someone else’s mail with the same mailbox number but from a different cluster box unit, so I suspected there might be confusion. I visited this USPS location to ask about it. When I said, “um.. my mail has been missing…,” the employee immediately sighed. I remember I tried to explain more, but she interrupted me and responded, then sighed again. She placed an orange form in front of her and pushed it toward me with her fingers, asking me to fill it out for her supervisor. I did not raise my voice, and I was not there to complain. I simply wanted to understand where my mail was being delivered and hopefully help them figure it out. But her attitude felt unfriendly the entire time, and I felt uncomfortable asking questions. I was more intimidated by her attitude than actually acting like a complainer. I also asked about another package that was marked as “delivery attempted” the previous day, but it was not reattempted today. I wanted to know if I could pick it up if it was there. She sighed again and told me to write the tracking number. Again, she pushed a pen toward me in the same way, and it rolled quickly and hit the wall on the right side. The repeated sighing, interrupting, the way items were pushed across the counter, and talking to coworkers while assisting me all felt way too unprofessional. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but I hope customer interactions can be handled more respectfully—especially when customers are dealing with missing important mail like checks and credit cards. Treating customers as if they are constantly complaining or checking their package status is not appropriate. It’s 2026; anyone can find the delivery status by typing a tracking number. I still don’t understand why she repeatedly placed things in front of herself and pushed them toward me with her fingers instead of simply handing them to me or placing them directly in front of me… To be clear, I did not ask her to find my package. She cut me off, sighed, and walked around to look for it on her own. I only asked if I could pick it up. Also, I understand pretty much everything, even though I’m not fluent in English. I hope she is more careful with what she says around coworkers.

Well in my 11 years of being in Henderson and using this location for both personal and business needs I have NEVER had a bad experience with shipments, customer service or parking. The task these people do on a daily basis in getting packages form point A to point B in a speedy fashion for the most part is amazing. not sure why people have given them a low rating based on limited interaction, just think of the pure volume customer and request they get on a daily basis and ask yourself could you handle with grace 8 hours a day.

First time at this location as we recently moved near lake Las Vegas. Left a hour before having to get my kids from school. Pleasantly surprised… One person in front of me. Less than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly. Was sitting at my kids school way too long (vs going all the way back home). Great experience!!!

The employees that work here have about as much personality as a pet rock.

Would have given it five stars but do not like how the employee didn't know her job. Very unsafe feeling
