- ABAlan BessAug 27, 20261.0I have to say post offices service is a hit or a miss. Hands down this was my worst post office experience ever. I got to the counter and right away rude service to begin with. I needed to send something with priority mail and I was informed two days max. With no weather conditions the package arrived eight days later. No questions I will come to this post office location ever again. I have no idea who a circus in run in a post office till now.

However, when I got there, I was told that the person in charge of passports was going to be about 30 minutes late. I waited until 11:30 a.m., and instead of being helped, I was repeatedly told that she would arrive “in another 30 minutes.” I find this extremely disrespectful of customers’ time and very unprofessional. I wasted more than an hour waiting and ultimately did not receive the service I was expecting. I do not recommend this place for passport services. If you have the option, look for another location where they respect appointment times and their customers’ time.
