This is the best UPS store in the area! I usually stop by in the early morning (mostly I do Amazon returns here), and it’s typically the team of ladies. They are awesome and so efficient! A lot of people visit this store probably because they’re so good here, so there is usually a line when I arrive. They get through the lines quickly and when a customer is at one of the stations but is not quite ready (kind of irritating, but it happens a lot), the ladies will take another customer at another station to keep the line moving. I have even seen on multiple occasions, one of the girls (I think her name is Stephanie) help out elderly ladies with things like Amazon returns since they don’t understand the app or just the technology in general. She is so patient and you can tell it means a lot to the people she helps. She never makes them feel dumb, she kind of treats them like they are her own grandmother which is really sweet 😭💛 Parking kind of sucks because there are only a couple spots directly in front of the store, and it can be difficult to back out since people are always coming and going to the Smiths right there. The other parking spots by the bank are really small and tight. But hey, UPS didn’t design this plaza or this lot, so you can’t blame them for that. If the parking is the only downfall to coming here, I can certainly live with that! Thank you UPS ladies for all you do! 10/10 highly recommended! 🫶🏼

I have spoken with the owner and we have resolved the misunderstanding. She handled the issue very professionally. We've rented a mailbox from this location for over 20 years. We always tried to give them all of our shipping business, including Amazon returns. They charged my wife $2.00 for a taping fee on a box, that I specifically left open, so they could see what was in there. Amazon clearly stated that there is No fee. They get paid by Amazon . When I asked about being charged the $2.00, a got a very negative response. Attitude and service matter. We'll now use another store for our shipping business and probably will not renew our mail box. Update to response from Owner: The Amazon package was NOT a "Ready to Ship". It was not supposed to be taped up with a label. I know the difference and have always taped up the boxes that are Ready to Ship. It's not the $2.00, it's the principal of providing service to your loyal customers. It seems it's something you do not understand.

If you are shipping something out of this store have them give you an estimate first. They say they don't mark up the shipping rates but they do. I paid just over $30 when shipped with fedex ground, but was quoted $182 for them to package and ship my projector. I don't know if the girl just didn't want the business or to package it up, but 80% off from fedex is a much easier pill to swallow.
