    The women that run this store day to day are outstanding people! They are always asking how I am doing and quick to assist with all my mailing and questions. They deserve a raise! That store is always busy and they handle it with ease.

    I have had a mailbox here for over four years. The staff, especially Stephanie, are always extremely helpful and friendly! Even when they are busy they take the time to say hello and help however they can! It’s also always clean and smells nice inside. If you need any services they offer I highly recommend using this ups store!

    I wanted to share my recent experience at your store regarding the customer service I received from Layla. From the moment I approached the counter, Layla came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While scanning my return, she appeared visibly irritated and maintained a smug expression throughout the interaction. At one point, she asked what was inside the box. I responded, "Clothing." She replied, "I know. What kind of clothing?" I answered, "Women's clothing." She then said, "I know, but I need to know which ones," before turning her screen toward me to show that I needed to identify each item. Had she simply explained that from the beginning, I would have gladly opened the box. Instead, the conversation felt unnecessarily condescending. Later, I asked whether I needed to open my remaining boxes. She asked if it was a Happy Return. I told her it was not, but instead of answering my question, she remained silent. When I asked again, her response was, "Well, it doesn't look like it's a Happy Return. It's an Amazon return. I don't know." The tone was sarcastic and dismissive, especially considering I was simply trying to understand the process. At the end of the transaction, I asked for her name. Rather than responding professionally, she continued to display a smug expression that made it clear she had no concern for how she had treated me. I understand that customer service can be challenging, and everyone has difficult days. However, there is a difference between being busy and being disrespectful. After reading the online reviews for this location, I was disappointed to see that many other customers have described experiences that closely mirror my own. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as a coaching opportunity. Every customer deserves to be treated with patience, courtesy, and professionalism.

    Will never ship at this location ever again. My package got returned here for no reason. And then I was ignored for about 10 minutes while the employees talk amongst themselves while I'm standing in front of them. Smirky attitude from the employee Stephanie and other girl. Very unprofessional!

    So disappointed, I don't know what has changed about this Place I used the services here All the time just recently, literally last month, on may 18, someone in the store Lost my package or stole it. Pretended that they scanned it and said that the driver picked it up, and that I needed to file a claim with UPS and UPS says that I need to file a claim with the store. No one wants to help. I can't get past the pit bull that wants to protect the store Manager. store manager refuses to call me back, left several messages. I don't wanna go in cause I don't like confrontation. Try to call left messages for her to call me back. Just refuse, so now I'm out my money and my package. Do not do business with this location. So sad
