Staff is absolutely disrespectful and has no idea how to handle a customer service position nor talk to people as they would like to be talked to. Whoever the young lady who answered the phone was, it should be fired

Local and very helpful and knowledgeable!
"I can't say enough good things about the team at this UPS Store. In particular, Stephanie, Layla, and Daniel are outstanding ambassadors for the business. They consistently greet customers with genuine smiles, great humor, and exceptional professionalism, making every visit a pleasant experience.
Having worked in retail myself, I understand how challenging customer service can be, especially when helping people navigate today's technology. Whether it's scanning QR codes, locating return labels in my email, or making the shipping process simple, they are always patient, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
Since my wife went to heaven, I've had to take over handling our shipping needs and returns to companies like Amazon and Walmart. Tasks that once seemed overwhelming have been made much easier because of the kindness and support of this team. They never make me feel rushed and are always willing to take the extra time to ensure everything is done correctly.
Excellent customer service has become increasingly rare, which is why I believe outstanding employees deserve to be recognized. Stephanie, Layla, and Daniel consistently go above and beyond for their customers, and they are a tremendous credit to this UPS Store. Thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and outstanding service. I truly appreciate everything you do."
I’ve avoided leaving a review for this location because I hoped my previous experiences were isolated, but after my most recent shipment, I feel obligated to share what happened.
Unfortunately, every time I’ve visited this store, the employees are unfriendly and dismissive. I drop off packages or Amazon returns and not even a “hello” or anything. Just scan and pass a receipt. I continued using this location because it was convenient, but this last experience was unacceptable.
On July 2, I dropped off a UPS Next Day Air package at 10:31 a.m. and paid a lot to ensure it would arrive the next business day. The shipment was extremely time-sensitive.
The next morning, when I noticed there had been no tracking updates, I called the store. I specifically asked whether the package had actually gone out because, if it hadn’t, I wanted to come pick it up. I was assured that it had already been picked up and that the tracking simply hadn’t updated yet.
That information was incorrect.
I later learned the package had never been put on the truck. The store acknowledged that they forgot to include it in the pickup, and it wasn’t actually picked up until approximately 5:00 p.m. on July 3, 3 hours after it was supposed to be delivered on the east coast. Because it was the holiday weekend, the package wasn’t delivered until July 6.
By then, it was too late. The recipient had already left, so the package never reached them.
Mistakes happen, and I understand that no business is perfect. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of accountability. Had I been told the truth when I called on July 3, I would have immediately come back to retrieve the package. Instead, I relied on the information I was given, only to find out later that the package had been sitting at the store the entire time.
I ship thousands of packages a month around the country out of multiple warehouses and often need to utilize UPS Stores and this is, without question, the worst UPS store I have had to deal with in the 6 years I have been shipping with them. When customers pay a premium for expedited shipping, the expectation is that the package will at least leave the store after it’s been accepted.
Please be very wary about using this store at all for anything more than an Amazon return.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store regarding the customer service I received from Layla.
From the moment I approached the counter, Layla came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While scanning my return, she appeared visibly irritated and maintained a smug expression throughout the interaction.
At one point, she asked what was inside the box. I responded, "Clothing." She replied, "I know. What kind of clothing?" I answered, "Women's clothing." She then said, "I know, but I need to know which ones," before turning her screen toward me to show that I needed to identify each item. Had she simply explained that from the beginning, I would have gladly opened the box. Instead, the conversation felt unnecessarily condescending.
Later, I asked whether I needed to open my remaining boxes. She asked if it was a Happy Return. I told her it was not, but instead of answering my question, she remained silent. When I asked again, her response was, "Well, it doesn't look like it's a Happy Return. It's an Amazon return. I don't know." The tone was sarcastic and dismissive, especially considering I was simply trying to understand the process.
At the end of the transaction, I asked for her name. Rather than responding professionally, she continued to display a smug expression that made it clear she had no concern for how she had treated me.
I understand that customer service can be challenging, and everyone has difficult days. However, there is a difference between being busy and being disrespectful. After reading the online reviews for this location, I was disappointed to see that many other customers have described experiences that closely mirror my own.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as a coaching opportunity. Every customer deserves to be treated with patience, courtesy, and professionalism.
