  Sent a 19-page PDF for printing and binding and there were multiple issues with it getting through. The young man was so polite and professional and diligent in working through a variety of formats and transfers before we finally got it done. He is a credit to the company. It's people like him who restore my faith in society. There are good ones out there, and one of them works here.

  I visit this specific UPS Store probably three times a week. We have two mailboxes at this store, And are constantly receiving packages and mail here. Even though we live closer to other UPS Stores, we chose to have our mailboxes here because the staff here is so friendly and helpful. They are great for notary services, and always offered to help me carry large items to my vehicle. Recently I was in the store to ship a set of wheels that I sold online. Even though it was close to closing time on a Saturday, the lady that was at the counter really went above and beyond to help me package the wheels well so that they wouldn't get damaged in transit . The rest of the staff always greets me with a pleasant demeanor whenever I come into the store, and it's not just me. They are nice to everybody. I think all of these folks deserve raises or some sort of monetary recognition.

  Staff has always been friendly and welcoming over many years.. What prompted me to finally sit and write a review is I just returned after dropping off an Amazon return .I had issues with the amazon label (discovered there when opening the email) and the staff were extremely helpful and provided a package ,too,when it wasn't needed. (They could have charged $1). I always go to this location even tho its a bit further than the one in GVR near Smiths. I wish I knew their names it was one younger tall fellow and a female .. Cheers
