  The woman behind the counter with red hair, was very rude and unprofessional. I have never seen such a poor attitude at a UPS store, ever. I will never be back to this business.

  Frank makes it happen everytime I have been to the two UPS stores here in Henderson NV 89011 off Lake Mead (both stores on LM) He is very knowledgeable with technology and is so very happy to help us all with our stress, he melts it away….Frank is your key employee and he’s a keeper, he’s the kind of team player you want to take good care of, he deserves to be acknowledge big time…he will cut his lunch short just to take care of his customers 🫶🏻. Your business gets a 100% in staffing your teams for us… I thank you and I thank Frank for always taking good care of me everytime I need help! He might not remember me when I come in but I remember him from day one! World can get rude at times I have never seen Frank being rude! 🥰

  Literally the worst UPS store that I have ever been to. Employees are slow and lazy. Long slow lines. And very rude woman, who obviously hates her job. And charging $3 for an Amazon return lable is highway robbery!

  During my visit, the representative Duenna displayed a noticeably rude and impatient attitude. Her tone lacked courtesy and professionalism, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful. I value good customer service, and this experience did not meet that standard. I will be choosing a different location moving forward.
