  I went here to recycle a used rechargeable battery and the old guy behind the counter I said just throw in the trash because it's not worth its recycle them.

  Manny absolutely saved me! I had a deadline first thing in the morning and desperately needed my documents printed. He went above and beyond to help me get everything done in time.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I do write reviews, but only when I receive truly exceptional service—and Manny at Staples has earned every word of this one. From the moment you walk into the store, Manny greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers he serves. What impresses me most is his consistency. Every time I visit the store, Manny provides the same outstanding level of service. He treats customers with respect, listens carefully, and always makes sure their needs are taken care of. There was one occasion when the store was extremely busy and Manny was helping multiple customers at the same time. Even with everything on his plate, he still took the time to assist me and made me feel like a priority. That level of dedication and customer care is something you rarely find today. Because of Manny, I actually look forward to visiting Staples. He has turned what could be a routine shopping trip into a positive experience every time. His exceptional service, positive attitude, and commitment to helping others make him a tremendous asset to the store. Staples is fortunate to have an employee like Manny.
