- MBMichael Bell1 day ago2.0Well, sadly to say after over 40 years of living in Gardnerville especially the Rancho's. Has our local USPS taken a huge nose dive. USPS literally charges insane prices for their mailboxes, the smallest one costs $100.00 every six months, highway robbery. And for the last six years I've had a post office Box, have numerous packages (items) not show up, especially when it say's it's delivered. I finally have lost my patience with this Post Office. I'm tired of having to hunt my Sports Cards that never arrive but say they're delivered. A couple times USPS has shoved an empty envelope in my already highly expensive mailbox with no Sports Cards. Just an envelope inside an envelope! Now as of today, I have tried twice to locate my Sports Cards which I purchased two weeks ago from EBay, still nothing. So here's what's going to happen. If my Cards are not in my mailbox by a week from today. I will be filing a complaint with the DOJ for the constant theft and loss of property. I will be going after the Post Master who is always nonexistent for this Post Office. I and many other Nevadan's are beyond tired of this Bullshit. Neil and Kimberly are not the problem. The Federal Employees who process the Mail are the problem. Someone is stealing Nevadan's mail and will eventually be caught.

Also don't get mail that I'm expecting, and every time I call or go into the post office, they downplay it and make it seem like it's my fault. Get better employees who actually know how to do their job efficiently and correctly. Edit: the same thing has happened when I used to live in the ranchos, and the same happened and continues to happen with my parents and my elderly grandmother who needs an electric wheelchair to get around. Absolutely appalled.
