- THTiffani HigginbothamJun 29, 20261.0Moved to this address about 2 years ago. I cannot count the number of times I have had mail just go missing! At one point they put in new boxes, saying that would fix the problem. Then they made not ONE set of boxes for our building, but TWO! They only gave us keys to one, obviously, but were delivering half of our mail to the other box. When we finally got them to check, the woman with the mustache behind the counter had the nerve to ask me if I had gotten my key problem fixed. The person that came out and met me at the boxes was floored by the stupidity of it all, she runs the Minden office and was helping them out cause they can't seem to get it together. It's been another almost 6 months of chasing down packages. It never seems to end, especially with our packages, for example, I've had 3 "delivered" packages go missing in the last 2 days. One said it was put on our porch, the other two in our box. None of them are here. I've tried to be nice, I've tried to talk to these people, but they always insist it's a me problem and there is nothing they can do. So I guess I contact the post master, again. I don't see what other choice I have. With this many packages that just disappear, I know someone is keeping my mail! Also have informed delivery so it scans in that it's here and then we just never see it again. Using UPS from now on. They have a hub and some sort of work ethic and pride in themselves. UPDATE: ANOTHER 2 packages gone missing! Scanned in today with the mail (that made it to our box, by the way!), marked delivered, put in mail box. NOTHING BUT MAIL!!!! How is it that every piece of mail shows up, but NONE of our packages. Will go back down there tomorrow to see if anyone has any idea where these 2 disappeared to, which sucks because at this point we've complained so many times they just refuse to help us. I'm not sure how we control what mail gets delivered to where, but it's really quite ridiculous! I've had 5 of 6 packages just not show up in the last 3 days! The math ain't mathing!
