Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the first representative who assisted me during a previous visit, but today I made sure to take note of her name. Emma was fast, efficient, and greeted and thanked every customer — something that feels rare nowadays. She remained calm and composed the entire time, which made the transaction process smooth and pleasant despite how busy it was. I sincerely appreciate her assistance and customer service and felt she deserved recognition for her efforts. I’d also like to acknowledge the previous representative who helped me on an earlier visit, as they provided great customer service as well. 11/2025 Stopped in to mail a priority letter, and when I went to pay, Apple Pay/Wallet suddenly triggered — I must’ve held my phone too close to the machine. I’d never used it on a credit card terminal before, so I figured I’d give it a try. The rep (forgot to get her name — listed as Clerk #15 on my receipt) was very helpful and even gave me a few tips. Really appreciated her service!
