Also, I'm not sure of her name, but there is a lovely woman who delivers mail over to the Peace Park area and she is always really polite and she treats my mail with care. Honestly, thanks so much for all that you do!

I always have to drive to the AMEX and pick them up. I have never had such a lazy experience with the post before. I have lived in many places and this is the first time I have ever had a post worker say "I don't walk deliveries to the door, if it doesn't fit in my mail box it's not my problem." Insane and super frustrating! I get so disappointed when the companies I buy from use USPS vs FedEx or UPS
- CPChris PaceJan 16, 20161.0This is a horrible use of tax payers money. This postal system is unreliable and unaccountable. Many items that are shipped via the USPS to Elko are carried by other carriers (UPS, FedEx). Those carriers do a great job of getting shipments to Elko then the USPS receives them and they are gone or on a shelf. Now you have to go and do their job and play detective and hunt your shipment down at the post office instead of them completing the job they where hired to do. It's a joke and if I performed like this in life I would be homeless.
