- SMShery On The MoveJun 26, 20265.0I love taking photos of USPS buildings whenever I travel across the country because the building has old architecture. That includes when I went inside downtown Elko USPS. The staff was also great and friendly.

- NLNephi LottApr 15, 20265.0I went on for a money order and to send a packet of papers and the lady at the desk was super helpful in letting me know rates and where to find envelopes and much more. On top of that, the place was built in the 1930s and has that cool "old building" feel to it. The interior is obviously a bit modernized but still has this feel, and the exterior looks straight out of the history books. A beautiful landmark for Elko's cityscape.
- AHAlec H.Apr 24, 20212.0Heads up, if you want to use this place for general delivery you must sign up! This is the only post office I've been to which makes you fill out a form. Plus, the zip for this branch is actually 89803 not 89801, even though it says otherwise on Google. If you don't take these things into account your package will bounce! Addendum: Signing up for general delivery only entitles you to receive your parcels for a single month. If time expires while they're still in possession of your package, they will throw it away. Learn from my mistakes.
- CPChelsey PennellDec 31, 20151.0I loathe every time I have to do business at the post office because one of the employees, Char, is rude, impatient, and sour every single visit. I understand people have bad days, but this is chronic. Last visit there was a woman in front of me in line who did not speak English but brought her son along to help and translate for her. This employee was extra impatient today and proceeded to shout loudly at the woman's son as if he was deaf, all while rolling her eyes and being rough with the ladies package. This has got to stop.
