Also, I'm not sure of her name, but there is a lovely woman who delivers mail over to the Peace Park area and she is always really polite and she treats my mail with care. Honestly, thanks so much for all that you do!

Consequently, we've had to personally go to the office to retrieve them. We've been informed that there are letters waiting for us to collect packages that mysteriously cannot be located. I just don’t get it? Additionally, I was informed that mail carriers may mark a package as delivered but leave it at the post office if they believe it won't fit in the box, without placing it on a visible shelf. This situation causes items to be considered nonexistent if not on this elusive shelf. What alternatives do we have in this situation?

I mean I don't expect much from government employees, but I cannot comprehend the amount of dumb one one person must be to work here. Apparently they also mine for idiots in them there hills.
