- LALiana AllenJun 27, 20261.0I have had the same postal box for 11 years. Been missing chunks of mail lately, manager gave me a generic response via email and closed my case as resolved few weeks back, when its far from resolved as of 6/27. An important mail piece got sent back to sender and they had my correct postal address; correct name, correct city, correct state, and correct zip code on the mail piece. Why send it back? I pay dearly for my little postal box. I have been missing my junk mail I like to receive too, including multiple casino flyers. Almost feels like your mail is being tampered with or thrown away because of who knows why?! Also, very dark at night for customers who use after hours, half the outdoor lighting in parking lot is out completely or flashing dying out.

- LRLucy RayoApr 23, 20261.0i’m pretty sure they lost my package, it says “delivered in parcel locker” was left no key, i live in a residential home. went to the post office lady that took care of me was really sweet but if it was put in the wrong mailbox someone already took my package. was told I would get contacted some time today and did not. so upsetting when you wasted over $300 in clothing and they misplaced your packages.
