  They offer so many services I wasn't aware of such as passport photo's & notary services. And their very knowledgeable about all of the services. I no longer go to the post office.

  The manager , Jerome and the well trained and excellent customer service employees Liz and all were extremely helpful, patient and problem solvers well , had a-lot of tasks to complete with all the business of the store , they could manage and help me get done !   I have visited the UPS Carson City store many times due to the consistent professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I have never left feeling anything less than thrilled with my experience. Today was no different. I had a particularly heavy box than was going to be difficult for myself and my daughter to bring in and the young man behind the counter offered to bring it in for me. It was hot outside, I parked a little far away and he still did not hesitate. I cannot thank him enough. It is the people that make this store great.

  I needed some photo prints made very quickly, for a memorial service. The person helping me there was Juan, and he did a great job. He told me about the different photo papers, explained that they were having some problems with the thicker papers but we could try them anyway, and one of them worked. He made the whole process happen quickly and pleasantly, and I was out of there in no time. Thanks, Juan!
