Before our normal carrier retired, we thought.....wonderful! Always there, everyday, no questions! Since he left, a horrible experience with our USPS. So sad. Different delivery persons weekly. Different times and major delays.

Rude. The guy at the counter had attitude with my mom when she began explaining what happened. He began being rude and simissive, his tone shifted from apathetic to pointed like we were a bother. Didnt take the issue seriously and said they dont have the package I dropped off on monday. Well theres no movement so ya probably do have it still, unless it grew legs and walked off. He sends me over to the door and I knock because he said to go there, they would help. There is a sign saying that if it is closed, to go to the counter, but he told me to go over from the counter. I knock and wait a few momenta. Two ladies appear at the door and one asks what, the other begins trying to speak over me. Shes trying to tell me to go to the counter, dont i see the sign....I was just at the counter and the guy said a supervisor would help me at the door. I smack my hands on the desk and say something (sorry adrenaline had dropped at this point and thing are a bit blurry),she tells me not to have an attitude with her, which she and the dude already had from the start. I snap back that her dude just sent us here and said they would help. Ya know 3 years ago I would have not knocked when I saw the sign, but I have been told to ignore for help in the past once directed by the counter agent. I would have been so meek and apologetic. Honestly they rely on that.
Your office runs different each day of the week and now youve got a new theft ring. Which was why i came in, to discuss a missing package. Hopefully you pass the inspectors review, since i pit in beforeevn coming in becauselast time you guys stole ot was over 6 months before tour employee returned it, opened and ripped.
As for you agent at the door. Her voice was just as raised and if she hadn't opened the door like I was bothering her and acted like im insane for knocking at all I think maybe we could have had a calm conversation. Maybe teach your staff de-escalation skills instead of allowing the bottom of the barrel to reflect on you.

We multiple times have had our mail sent back because they say location unknown. This is the worst postal service I’ve ever had!
