- DWDana WousterFeb 15, 20231.0The post office don't even deserve a 1 today February 15th and this is not the first time that I've caught the mail carrier doing this he drives up one side of the street and then back down and he don't deliver mail to nobody he does this twice a week and we don't get mail we went from getting mail six days a week 5 to 10 articles of mail daily when it wasn't a holiday to were lucky to get it one day a week now and then maybe 4 articles of mail. we have companies that says they send their bills out but we're not getting our bills so what is this carrior doing with our nail that is disappearing. What is he doing throwing our mail away he's doing something with it because he's not delivering it to the house. And some companies have told us they sent it to us two or three different times and we're not getting the second third one so he's doing something with the mail cuz if it's not going to disappear like that

After talking with them they went out of there way to get the package off the truck it had been put on and deliver it to my home in Los alamos, the same day. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much the people at the this post office went above and beyond.
